Submitting a Support Request

There are a couple pieces of required information you need to know to submit a support request. This information helps speed up answers to your questions, so make sure it's accurate.

Here is an example of a properly filled out support request for our Junction theme, version 1.0 running on Thesis and WordPress 3.8.1:

Your WordPress Version: Login to your WordPress dashboard and visit Dashboard -> Home, you'll find your WordPress version in the "At a Glance" box:

You'll also see which framework you are using in that box if you aren't sure (Thesis or Genesis).


Themedy Version: This is the version number of the Themedy child theme / skin you are using, i.e if you are using Junction version 1.0, you would just enter 1.0 into this box. If you are unsure of your version you can find this easily at:

Genesis: Appearance -> Themedy Settings - Information Box i.e:
